I’m also a classically trained chef, so let me help with all the catering needs of your flight as I understand the in’s and outs of the airline food industry. If needed on a long haul flight I can sub as a galley attendant and handle all the needs of on board meals plus stand in as an extra PIC.

Off the plane, I’ll find the best places to eat, book the reservations and procure the best sites to visit. As an avid motorcyclist, skiier, surfer, 8 Handicap golfer and an open water diver. Theres always something to do once there is a little down time, let be be the tour guide.
